E-Bikes & Scooter Service Policy
We service Class 1, 2 and 3 e-bikes, which means:
- The motor is limited to 750 watts.
- The bike is limited to 28 mph.
- The rider can't switch the bike out of Class 1-3 through the display or settings.
We don't service hub-motor wheels that have no accessible motor-cable disconnect, and we don't service electric scooters.
