We make every effort to show accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change information at any time.
Requirements for using the store
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to use the store only for lawful purposes.
Order fulfillment, pickup, and hold
Orders placed online are fulfilled as pickup at our Main Store, 4031 S. Mason St., Fort Collins. Ready for pickup in 2 hours during business hours. Payment is due in full when you place the order online by card, or you may choose Pay at pickup. We hold your bike for 30 days once fully paid after the email letting you know it is ready. If you cannot make it, call us at 970-223-1969 and we will do our best to extend the hold. Orders not picked up or paid for after the hold may be cancelled and the bike returned to the sales floor.
Notification upon modification of terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
Termination of contract
We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including for obvious pricing or availability errors.
