Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Returns
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, with original tags and in the original packaging. Bikes must be free of ride damage beyond normal inspection use. Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges and refunds
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the returned item.
Pickup and hold policy
Ready for pickup in 2 hours during business hours. We hold your bike for 30 days once fully paid after the email letting you know it is ready. If you cannot make it, call us at 970-223-1969 and we will do our best to extend the hold. Orders not picked up or paid for after the hold may be cancelled and the bike returned to the sales floor.
Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and installed or custom-built parts.
